When it comes to high-end action figures, nobody beats Hot Toys. Yet it be challenging to find the perfect way to showcase these unique collectibles. In addition to shelving units and simply displaying them on desks and mantles, many fans also often end up purchasing a specialty Hot Toys display case that are designed specifically for one-sixth scale figures. These are usually small glass enclosures that can hold a single figure, and a particularly useful for protection and avoiding any risk of a figure falling over and potentially getting damaged.

Wicked Brick
Based in the UK, this is hands down on all-time favorite Hot Toys display case manufacturer, and offer both standard display cases and a wall mounted variant. They also include a number of custom backgrounds for specific characters. You can pick up one of their standard cases for about $60 US (with another $10 to $20 in shipping) but given the incredibly quality and durability, they’re worth every penny.

iDisplayIt
Another UK-based company, iDisplayIt also creates display cases designed specifically for Hot Toys. Like Wicked Brick they also offer custom backgrounds and retail for around $40 to $50 US (plus shipping). While not quite as wide as the Wicket Brick variants, these are still a great addition to any Hot Toys collector.

Perfect Cases
Based in the US, the company also manufacturers a solid Hot Toys display case (but will work for any 1:6 scale figure). You can also choose from a variety of colors and even get custom engraving done on them. Each one retails for around $90 (before shipping), so if you’re in the US these are likely about what you’d pay for a Wicked Brick or iDisplayIt case. And the quality and attention to detail on these display cases is top notch.

Sideshow
As the official distributor of Hot Toys, it makes sense that Sideshow Collectibles would have their own display case. In fact, these are lighted cases featuring built-in LED lights that you can run using either batteries or a USB cable. They currently retail for $75 (before shipping) and are actually large enough that you can fit in a few 1:6 scale figures

Final Thoughts
Hot Toys really do tend to look their best (not to mention retain their value) when they’re properly stored in either a protective display cabinet or case. As with all things though, what matters most is finding a solution that works best for your collection.
